ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

We hope you love everything from Pip & Core. Each piece is produced in limited quantities, cut intentionally, and checked carefully before dispatch. Because of this, we operate a strict returns policy for online orders.

This policy applies to all purchases made through our website.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Under UK law, customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for online purchases.

To be eligible, all items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In perfect, resaleable condition

  • Free from marks, stains, perfume, or signs of wear

  • With all original tags attached

  • Returned in the original packaging

Items that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Discounted items

  • Items bought with a promotional code over 15%

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Accessories (hats, bags, wristbands, scrunchies) for hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards or digital products

These exclusions are permitted under UK law when stated clearly.

3. How to Request a Return

All return requests must be emailed to:

with the subject line: RETURNS

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return (optional but helpful)

Returns sent without approval will not be processed.

4. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked service.

  • Pip & Core is not responsible for lost or untracked returned parcels.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Refunds will only be issued if the item meets all eligibility criteria stated above.

Refunds:

  • Are processed to the original payment method only

  • Exclude original shipping costs

  • May take 5–10 working days to appear depending on your bank

Items that fail inspection will be refused and returned to the customer.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

If you require a different size or item, please submit a return (if eligible) and place a new order.

This ensures faster processing and more accurate stock control.

7. Faulty Items

If your item arrives faulty, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the fault

  • Your order number

  • Details of the issue

Faults caused by wear, washing, or misuse are not eligible.

Where a manufacturing fault is confirmed, you will be offered a replacement or refund, as required by UK law.

8. Late Returns

Returns received after the authorised return window will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

9. Cancellations

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once shipped, the return process above applies.
